Hey there!

My name is Megan. I teach dance fitness. It is uplifting, energizing, and absolutely the most fun kind of workout. I love seeing my students light up when they try something they didn’t think they could do. A lot of people come to my class thinking they can’t dance. Well I’m here to show you that you definitely can! We are really just jamming and getting down to some great music and the fact that you learn some moves too is a great benefit. My goal in my classes is motivate you, get you a total body workout, and make sure you leave the class feeling happier and more energized than when you walked in. Whether you have never danced, or always danced, you belong in my class! I am Zumba and AFAA certified and look forward to connecting with you.
